The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been involved in two separate incidents within a single week in which agents mistakenly shot and killed innocent civilians who were not the targets of their operations.

While authorities have claimed self-defense, they are facing intense criticism as there is no video evidence, such as body camera footage, and their explanations have repeatedly changed.
