Broadcaster Park Na-rae has been referred to the prosecution for operating a one-person agency without proper registration.

She failed to register the business as a pop culture and arts planning agency while operating her one-person company.

On July 14, Park's side explained that it had been difficult to proceed with the registration process due to a legal dispute with two former managers who were registered as directors. However, with the lawsuit to remove the two individuals as registered directors concluded last month, the registration process is currently underway.
