[Anchor] Stories about customers making unreasonable demands when ordering delivery are nothing new. This latest incident, however, is quite baffling.
[Reporter] Yes, a restaurant owner posted a delivery order receipt on an online community.
The customer ordered one serving of handmade king pork cutlet for 12,500 won, but in the special request section, they wrote, "Instead of side dishes, please include another full serving of pork cutlet," and "Please provide 8 sets of utensils."
The customer ordered only one serving but demanded extra food and enough utensils for several people to share, all for free.
On online communities and similar platforms, it is easy to find stories from self-employed business owners who are distressed by such excessive demands.
It is reported that threatening demands, such as "I will leave a bad rating if you don't give me a refund," are also not uncommon.
As the story spread, netizens poured out criticism, saying, "You should just order an extra serving," and "This makes it too hard for small business owners."
