Singer John Park is returning to the music scene with a new song after approximately 10 months.

John Park appeared as a guest on Sung Si-kyung's YouTube content, which was released on the 8th, and personally shared the news of his new song release. While tasting Pyongyang naengmyeon made by Sung Si-kyung and discussing music, he revealed that he would be releasing a new single sometime in July.

Regarding the new song, which is still veiled in mystery, John Park introduced it by saying, "It is a bit breezy but has a beat, and it is funky and soulful. It is a slightly retro, breezy summer song that evokes nostalgia."

In particular, John Park participated in the lyrics, composition, and arrangement of this new song, further deepening his own musical color. Sung Si-kyung expressed his affection while praising John Park's vocal ability, stating, "Musicians all know that John Park is an incredibly good singer."

A special collaboration promise between the two was also made. John Park mentioned his YouTube cover content "Gi-u-je" and proposed, "I want to hold the first 'Gi-u-je' for a male singer, which would be for Si-kyung hyung." Sung Si-kyung readily agreed and promised to sing his hit song "Two People" as a duet with John Park.

Previously, John Park proved his enduring ticket power by selling out all seats for his solo concert "Like a Dream," which was held last December for the first time in 8 years.
