Three people died in a head-on collision involving passenger cars on an overpass in Incheon early this morning (July 11).

At approximately 6:00 a.m. today, a car driven by a person in their 20s collided with an oncoming vehicle on the Wanggil Overpass in Geomdan-gu, Incheon. Two other cars following the oncoming vehicle then crashed into the wreckage in a subsequent pileup.

The accident resulted in the deaths of three people, including the driver in their 20s and a passenger. One driver involved in the secondary collision sustained minor injuries.

The police are currently investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
