An empty cabin from the large Ferris wheel attraction, Time Rider, fell at Gyeongju World in the Bomun Tourist Complex, Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province, at 11:30 a.m. yesterday (July 9).

During its fall, the cabin collided with two other cabins carrying a total of five people.

It is reported that the five individuals received medical treatment at a hospital and have since returned home.

Following the accident, Gyeongju World suspended operations of the large Ferris wheel and began an inspection.
