A wanted individual who attempted to flee from a police inspection was apprehended thanks to the help of a brave citizen who tackled the suspect.

On the evening of June 23, a delivery motorcycle driver who was being questioned by police in Busan suddenly attempted to escape.

After providing false personal information to the officers, the driver shook off the police and began to run away.

The chase lasted for about 200 meters, leaving both the driver and the police officers exhausted.

At that moment, the police officer shouted to a citizen walking from the opposite direction, asking them to help catch the suspect.

The citizen immediately grabbed the driver, bringing the chase to an end.

An investigation revealed that the motorcycle driver was a wanted person who had failed to pay 7 million won in fines for offenses including driving without a license.

The police stated, "The citizen who helped with the arrest left the scene immediately," adding, "We would like to express our gratitude."
