Gyeonggi Residents Rank 'Housing Security' as Top Policy Priority

Gyeonggi Province announced that 'Gyeonggi without housing worries' was selected as the most preferred policy in an on-site participatory survey held at Suwon KT Wiz Park on July 7.

The survey was conducted as part of a collaborative event between Gyeonggi Province and KT Wiz held at Suwon KT Wiz Park from July 3 to 5, with approximately 1,200 people participating.

The results showed that 'Gyeonggi without housing worries' ranked first with 520 votes (41.6%).

This was followed by 'Gyeonggi with convenient commuting' with 280 votes (22.4%), 'Gyeonggi with more jobs' with 240 votes (19.2%), 'Gyeonggi without childcare worries' with 140 votes (11.2%), and 'Gyeonggi with balanced development' with 70 votes (5.6%).

Lee Gyeong-hun, Gyeonggi Province's Director of Resident Communication, stated, "This survey embodies the communication philosophy of the 9th elected provincial administration, which emphasizes listening broadly to the voices of residents and reflecting them in policies, as highlighted by Gyeonggi Governor Choo Mi-ae during her inauguration ceremony." He added, "We will strive to ensure that the voices of residents are faithfully reflected in provincial administration by collecting opinions through various channels, including both online and on-site platforms."
