On the July 7th episode of SBS You're my destiny, the daily life of the married couple Heo Anna and Oh Kyung-ju was revealed.

In this episode, Shin Gi-ru suggested exercise to help Heo Anna overcome her grief. She surprised everyone by saying, "They say if you use your body, your distracting thoughts disappear. So, we are going to go exercise for this opportunity."

Shin Gi-ru, Heo Anna, and Oh Kyung-ju headed to the Han River Triathlon Festival. The three started the race with high spirits, even wearing matching outfits. However, Shin Gi-ru sent only Oh Kyung-ju off on a bicycle while she and Heo Anna wandered in front of food trucks, selecting a menu for chewing exercise. They then devoured several items, creating a surprising scene as it was hard to believe they had already eaten a huge breakfast.

After Oh Kyung-ju finished his cycling race, the three went to eat Han River ramen, which was a special treat provided to all participants of the triathlon. Shin Gi-ru carefully selected her toppings and once again showcased a joyful ramen mukbang.

Shin Gi-ru then drew attention by saying, "My mom thought the Han River ramen machine at her funeral home was fascinating. When arranging the funeral, we had to choose food, and there were other options besides the basic meals. One of them was a Han River ramen machine, so we chose that. We picked three types of ramen, and everyone loved it."

She continued, "Comedian Lee Young-ja ate every type of ramen before leaving," and Heo Anna added, "Even those who didn't intend to eat ended up having ramen before they left."

Shin Gi-ru also expressed her sadness, saying, "But people left comments criticizing us, asking why we were eating ramen at a funeral. I felt hurt." Heo Anna defended her, saying, "It was for the guests who came. You didn't even eat any, unnie." Shin Gi-ru then made everyone laugh by admitting, "Actually, I ate some too."

Later, while Oh Kyung-ju completed the actual race, Shin Gi-ru and Heo Anna participated in Kim Hye-sun's jumping class. Before the final course, the running segment, the three put on sunglasses to block the bright sunlight.

Seeing Shin Gi-ru's look, Heo Anna sang, "I am, I am Cho Pal-gye," and the panelists couldn't stop reacting to Shin Gi-ru's sunglass-wearing shot, saying, "How could she not do that? It would be a dereliction of duty if she didn't."

Not long after the running began, Shin Gi-ru slipped away again. Heo Anna and Oh Kyung-ju ran while holding hands and opened up about their inner feelings.

Heo Anna expressed her regret, saying, "I felt sorry because it seemed like Kyung-ju was also sad but couldn't show it." She felt guilty for being too busy dealing with her own grief over the loss of their beloved pet to take care of her husband.

Oh Kyung-ju asked, "I tried not to show it, but was it obvious?" to which Heo Anna honestly replied, "It was obvious. But I didn't know how to comfort you." She then shared her gratitude, acknowledging that she knew Oh Kyung-ju had made various efforts to comfort her, adding, "I wouldn't have been able to endure it if it weren't for you."

At the end of the episode, Heo Anna was shown having forgotten all her sadness due to the exhaustion from the exercise, bringing laughter to the viewers. Additionally, the upcoming appearance of actor Song Jin-woo and his wife, Minami, as a Korean-Japanese international couple was teased, raising anticipation for the next episode.
