A fire broke out at an exhibition hall building in Ihwa-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, at approximately 5:50 p.m. yesterday (July 7), and was extinguished after 2 hours and 40 minutes.

The fire caused damage, including the total destruction of four out of the eight exhibition rooms, but six people were able to evacuate safely, and no injuries were reported.

Fire authorities are currently investigating the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
