[Reporter] Yes, this incident occurred on the evening of July 1st at an apartment in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province. The resident, identified as A, was lying in the living room when they heard a strange sound coming from under their blanket. Upon lifting it, they discovered a snake nearly 1 meter long and immediately reported it. The resident described the situation, saying, "I was so shocked that it has left me traumatized." The snake is believed to be a black kingsnake, a species commonly kept as a pet. Given that a snake skin was found near the toilet in the bathroom, it is suspected that a pet snake escaped from a neighboring unit and entered through the drainage pipes or the toilet.
