The access disruption to the National Police Agency's Traffic Complaint 24 website, which occurred today (June 30), has been resolved after approximately nine hours.

The National Police Agency stated, "The restoration of the Traffic Complaint 24 website is complete, and the service is operating normally," adding, "The Gwangju Center of the National Information Resources Service has addressed the network equipment error, and all services are currently functioning as intended."

Earlier today, at approximately 10:30 a.m., an access disruption occurred on the Traffic Complaint 24 website.

The police identified a server failure at the National Information Resources Service's Gwangju Center as the cause and worked in cooperation with the center to carry out restoration efforts.

Traffic Complaint 24 is an online portal operated by the National Police Agency that provides traffic-related civil services, including inquiries regarding driver's licenses, fines, and traffic penalties.
