Minister of Justice Jung Sung-ho addressed the case of a stalking offender, identified as B, who sent a threatening letter to their victim, A, while currently serving time in prison, via his X (formerly Twitter) account on June 30.

It was reported that the back of the letter received by A featured a drawing of a dandelion along with the threatening message, "A gift. See you soon. I will come to find you."

Regarding the controversy over secondary victimization caused by the "prison letter" from the incarcerated stalker, Minister Jung stated that he would prepare fundamental measures to protect victims, encompassing both administrative actions and legal amendments.
