An accident occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. yesterday (June 27) in which a person fell from a bridge in Hogye-ri, Gundong-myeon, Gangjin-gun, Jeollanam-do.

Fire authorities arrived at the scene nine minutes after receiving the report, rescued the man in his 30s, and transported him to a nearby hospital.

The man was conscious at the time of the rescue, and it has been determined that his injuries are not life-threatening.

Authorities are currently investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
