Another joyous milestone has arrived for the cast of I Am Solo Season 28, the show's special edition for divorcees. Ok-soon (a pseudonym) announced that she is pregnant with her second child with Young-ho, and the couple will become a family of four this December.

On June 26, Ok-soon shared the news directly on her social media, posting an ultrasound photo and writing, "Everyone, I am pregnant with my second child!" She added, "My morning sickness has subsided significantly, and I have entered a stable phase, so I am finally sharing this happy news. We are already so happy as a family of three, and I am looking forward to the days ahead when we become a family of four. A-yul is counting down the days until she meets her younger sibling."

Ok-soon is currently 16 weeks pregnant and is due to give birth in December. The couple previously shared through Chorokbaem Media (Jolang Entertainment) that they had not originally planned to hold a wedding ceremony, but decided to go through with it after their daughter encouraged them, saying, "You need to have a wedding to be a complete family."

Ok-soon and Young-ho developed their relationship into a real-life romance while appearing on the I Am Solo Season 28 divorcee special. The two became legally married after registering their marriage this past February and held their wedding ceremony in May.

Season 28 is considered one of the most successful seasons of I Am Solo in terms of couples remaining together. Previously, Jung-sook and Sang-chul, who married last year, welcomed their first child, nicknamed "Na-sol-i," this past April. Additionally, Gwang-soo and Jung-hee, as well as Young-sik and Hyun-sook, have continued their relationships since the show ended.
