The first-instance ruling for First Lady Kim Keon-hee, who was indicted on charges of so-called "selling and buying of offices"—allegedly receiving high-end jewelry along with solicitations for personnel appointments and favors—is set to be delivered today.

The court will also issue rulings for Lee Bong-kwan, chairman of Seohee Construction, and Pastor Choi Jae-young, who were both indicted alongside her on charges of providing money and valuables to the First Lady.
