Today, June 24, western regions continued to experience early summer heat, while the influence of a low-pressure system brought rain clouds to Jeju, the southern coast, and the eastern coast.
Rainfall of 5 to 30mm is expected to continue in these areas until tomorrow afternoon.
From tomorrow afternoon through early Thursday morning, there is a possibility of showers in most regions.
In particular, heavy downpours of up to 60mm are possible in inland Gangwon Province and northern North Gyeongsang Province. Due to the nature of showers, there may be significant variations in precipitation even within the same area, with some places receiving as little as 5mm.
When showers are not passing through tomorrow, UV rays will be very strong between the clouds.
Tomorrow morning's low in Seoul will be 19°C (66°F), similar to today. The daytime high in Seoul will reach 28°C (82°F), while the eastern coastal regions will remain cool due to the influence of easterly winds.
Over the weekend, daytime temperatures are expected to rise slightly, with heat around 30°C (86°F) forecasted.
