A man is seen staggering with his arms hanging limp.

He stands frozen, his body tilted sharply to one side.

This video, which was uploaded to social media on June 21, is indistinguishable from footage of drug addicts in the United States wandering like zombies under the influence of fentanyl. It has spread rapidly online, leaving citizens in shock.

This is the alleyway where the man was seen staggering.

If you walk just a little further, you can see an elementary school in the background, located less than 50 meters away.

Police, who identified the location based on the video, apprehended the man in the vicinity this morning (June 24).

A police official explained, "He was arrested in an emergency after testing positive for methamphetamine in a preliminary drug test."

The police have also launched an investigation into the possibility that the man may have used fentanyl, a synthetic opioid with a potency 50 times that of heroin and 80 times that of morphine.

Since preliminary drug tests cannot detect new types of drugs like fentanyl, the police plan to conduct a detailed forensic analysis at the National Forensic Service to determine if he used other substances in addition to methamphetamine.

As the man is reportedly denying the drug use itself, police plan to request an arrest warrant once the investigation is complete.
