Singer Park Hye-kyung revealed that she filed a report with the cyber investigation unit due to absurd fake news claiming she had committed adultery over 300 times.
Park Hye-kyung recently appeared on broadcaster Shin Jung-hwan's YouTube channel, and opened up by saying, "I went to the police station in the early morning. I reported it to the cyber investigation unit." She expressed her disbelief, saying, "Someone created a YouTube channel in Vietnam and was uploading ridiculous fake news about all kinds of celebrities. Among them was a claim that I got married and committed adultery over 300 times."
She shook her head, adding, "The content claimed that I had affairs while my husband was away on business trips, got caught on CCTV, was exposed by the media, and consequently lost my reputation and halted my activities. They said it wasn't just three times, but over 300 times."
Park Hye-kyung explained, "At first, I was so angry that I wrote in the comments, 'You're dead. I won't let this go.' However, I was told that under YouTube's policy, the video couldn't be taken down immediately. So, I reported it directly and received a response that legal proceedings would be initiated."

She also shared that she edited her comment after calming her emotions. Park Hye-kyung added, "I changed it to: 'This is Park Hye-kyung. I have never been married. Therefore, I do not have a husband. What do you mean by adultery? I have reported this.' The premise of me having a husband when I've never even been married makes no sense at all. In the end, I filed a report with the cyber investigation unit."
Meanwhile, Park Hye-kyung is well-known as one of the entertainment industry's representative singles. She recently appeared on one YouTube channel and shared her views on dating, saying, "Since I've never been married, I actually prefer divorcees at my age. I think someone who has experience building a family is humanly more attractive."
