Korean actor Lee Sang Yun talked about his study habits that he had back in high school.

On July 8 episode of SBS' variety show 'Master in the House', the four cast members Lee Sang Yun, boy group BTOB's member Yook Sungjae, singer Lee Seung Gi, and comedian Yang Se-hyung met their new master Seol Min-suk, a famous Korean history tutor.While talking about studying, Lee Seung Gi asked Lee Sang Yun, "You know, we all respect people who got into Seoul National University. How did you manage to get accepted into the best university in Korea? How much did you spend studying when you were in high school?".Lee Sang Yun answered, "During my senior year, I never dozed off in class. Not even once. I slept a lot at night though. I got home at 10 at night after finishing studying at school, then I would watch a drama for an hour. I went straight to bed after watching a drama at around 11."He continued, "I woke up at seven in the morning, and after getting to school, I just studied and studied except lunchtime when I had some food to eat and took a nap. I even memorized English vocabulary during breaks. I basically just stayed glued to my seat."Seol Min-suk commented, "What he did was the kind of thing that everybody should do. You should get a proper sleep, and concentrate on your studies when you are awake. That's the key."

At the end, Lee Sang Yun emphasized, "I think the most important thing is to use your time well when you are awake. In order to focus on your studies, you need a lot of energy. You should get a good sleep at night, and study hard when you are awake. It isn't going to be effective if you just spend hours studying without being able to concentrate properly."
