K-pop girl group Red Velvet became the first K-pop girl group to get 4 #1s on Billboard's World Albums Chart!
On November 28, Billboard announced that Red Velvet's recent release 'Perfect Velvet' has landed at the top of its World Albums Chart.

This marks Red Velvet's 4th #1 on the chart with their album releases. 
Red Velvet took its first #1 on the chart with their first official full album 'The Red' in 2015.

In 2017, the group landed #1 with 'Rookie' in February, 'The Red Summer' in July, and 'Perfect Velvet' in November.

It is the first K-pop girl group ever to top the Billboard's World Albums Chart 4 times.

Currently, K-pop boy group BTS, GOT7 and B.A.P hold the 4-time record.
