K-pop boy group BIGBANG's DAESUNG has reportedly become a building owner that is approximately worth 30 billion won (around 26.9 million dollars).

According to Korea's real estate company Won Building on November 14, DAESUNG recently purchased a building in the Gangnam district of Seoul.
The building has eight stories and two basements, located in Apgujeong-dong, which is known to be a prime location of Seoul.

According to Won Building, the real estate is reported to be valued at 31 billion won (27.8 million dollars), with an added acquisition tax of 1.43 billion won (1.28 million dollars).

With the monthly rent of 90 million won (80,700 dollars), DAESUNG is expected to earn 4.4% annual rate of return.
Meanwhile, DAESUNG successfully wrapped up his Japan solo promotions last month, and is scheduled to hold BIGBANG's year-end concert 'BIGBANG 2017 CONCERT LAST DANCE IN SEOUL' on December 30 and 31.
