At around 1:43 p.m. today (November 5), emergency services received a report that two workers had collapsed while cleaning an outdoor storage tank at a liquid cargo storage terminal located in the national industrial complex in Onsan-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan.

First responders rushed to the scene and transported the two men, in their 30s and 40s, to a hospital while performing CPR as they were in a state of cardiac arrest.

Police believe the accident occurred due to suffocation during the cleaning work and are currently investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.
