Singer Seo In-young (42), formerly of the group Jewelry, is getting remarried on December 26.
On the 4th, she directly announced her wedding date and plans through her personal YouTube channel, "Gaegwacheonseon Seo In-young."
While preparing kimchi with her family, Seo dropped a surprise announcement to the production team, saying, "I'm getting married on the 26th." When the production staff asked back in surprise, "What do you mean? November?" Seo replied, "December. Clear your schedule."
She hinted at a modest wedding instead of an extravagant ceremony. "We are going to hold it in a small way at a church," she said. "We left out the congratulatory song, and we left out all the flowers. We left out all the bad memories." In response, Seo's mother agreed, saying, "There is no need for empty formalities. Living happily is what matters, and the wedding ceremony is of no real use."
Seo's partner for her remarriage is Choi Ji-hoon, CEO of the content creative company NP, who is six years her senior. The two are known to have met through an acquaintance's introduction and developed into a romantic relationship.
Seo previously married a businessman nine years her senior in 2023, but divorced the following year.
