Kim Seung-soo asked Park Hye-yeon out on a second date.
On the November 1 broadcast of SBS's 'My Little Old Boy', Kim Seung-soo and Park Hye-yeon were shown enjoying a date after their group matchmaking session.
On this day, Kim Seung-soo enjoyed a hiking date with Park Hye-yeon. Afterward, they moved to a restaurant for a meal.
While having various conversations over their meal, Kim Seung-soo cautiously asked, "I'm asking you this out of nowhere, but... do you like babies?"
In response, Park Hye-yeon immediately answered that she loves children. She also drew attention by giving a clear "yes" when asked whether she thinks people must have children after getting married.
Park Hye-yeon continued, "Actually, I wanted to have about four children. I thought it would be good if I could have many." Hearing this, Kim Seung-soo said, "I think it would be nice to have many children if I get married. There is a saying that whether you're a man or a woman, you don't grow up even after getting married until you have children. I really feel that way a bit."
In response, Park Hye-yeon drew interest by agreeing with Kim Seung-soo's thoughts, saying, "I also want to try becoming an adult while raising children."
Watching this, Shin Dong-yeob greeted Kim Seung-soo's mother, saying, "Congratulations, Mother," while other mothers nearby joined in, bringing laughter.
Near the end of the meal, Kim Seung-soo appeared holding a prepared bouquet of roses. Surprised by his unexpected gift, Park Hye-yeon asked, "I was thinking about what to write for my wish, but since you're giving me this now, what should I do with my wish?"
At this, Kim Seung-soo honestly replied, "Actually, I was trying to secure my wish no matter what," adding, "Even if the time we spent together today was a mess, I wanted to wish for an opportunity to see you one more time and ask you to give me that chance."
Hearing this, Park Hye-yeon drew attention by readily accepting Kim Seung-soo's offer for another date, saying, "I think I need to use my wish a bit more carefully. I'll think about it a little more and let you know next time."
In response, Seo Jang-hoon made Kim Seung-soo's mother smile by saying, "Everything so far is a positive signal for Kim Seung-soo. If he just plays his cards right, couldn't there be a really good outcome?"
And Shin Dong-yeob chimed in, saying, "Spring would be good, wouldn't it? Spring?" and when someone suggested that might be too late, he caused an outburst of laughter by saying, "Then let's push forward hard with December as our goal."
