A woman, her face concealed by a hat and a mask, approaches a box in front of the office.
After rummaging through the box, she pulls out snacks and puts them into a plastic bag she had brought in advance.
The icebox underneath the box was secured with a zipper.
However, she even unzipped it to check the contents.
After committing the theft for about three minutes, the woman filled a plastic bag and a shopping basket with snacks and calmly walked away the way she came.
The snacks stolen by the woman were reportedly prepared by the organization for volunteers assisting at a charity bazaar for rescued animals.
The organization stated, "She showed up during a brief moment when no one was around while we were moving bazaar items and stole all the snacks," adding that they have reported the incident to the police.
