▲ Incheon Job Fair for Middle-Aged Workers
Incheon announced today (October 30) that it will hold the 2026 Incheon Job Fair for Middle-Aged and Women on the 3rd of next month at the central hall and lawn plaza of City Hall.
Thirty companies will participate in the fair to hire a total of 300 individuals through one-on-one interviews with job seekers at the on-site recruitment pavilion.
The employment support pavilion will assist with on-site matching between job seekers and companies as well as provide customized job guidance, while the women's entrepreneurship pavilion will introduce prototypes from women-led startups and offer hands-on programs.
Side events will include resume photo sessions, AI caricature creation, personal color diagnosis, mental health checkups, job tarot readings, and fingerprint aptitude tests.
