Actor Ahn So-yo is continuing her active streak by joining MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama "Liar."
On October 27, her agency King Kong by Starship stated, "Ahn So-yo will appear in MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Liar.' Please look forward to seeing Ahn So-yo return with a new look."
"Liar" is a high-density psychological thriller drama depicting the story of a man and a woman fiercely clashing toward the truth over completely conflicting claims about a single memory.
In the drama, Ahn So-yo will appear as Han Bo-young, a nurse at Sangcheon University Hospital, where cardiac surgeon Min Jun-ho (played by Yoo Yeonseok) works. Han Bo-young is a figure with a hidden past who will add a mysterious atmosphere to the drama and stimulate viewers' curiosity.
Ahn So-yo has demonstrated impressive performances with her delicate character portrayals in every project. In tvN's "See You at Work Tomorrow!," she showcased a calm and realistic depiction of everyday life, and in JTBC's recently concluded "Fly High Butterfly" she elevated the quality of the drama with her gentle smile and warm presence.
