Actor Seo Hyun-jin is set to captivate viewers on "Whenever Possible" with her unique self-care routine and delightful wit.
Airing on Tuesday, October 27 at 9:00 PM, SBS's variety program "Whenever Possible" will feature MCs Yu Jae-seok and Yoo Yeonseok alongside guests Seo Hyun-jin and Lee Chun-hee as they hunt for spare moments in Nowon-gu, Seoul.
During a recent shoot, Seo Hyun-jin revealed her distinctive self-care routine, sharing, "I follow an eight-constitution diet. It suits me really well." The eight-constitution medicine is a traditional Korean medical classification system that divides human constitutions into eight types. Seo Hyun-jin explained that she strictly manages her diet, saying, "They told me to eat temple food. Just rice, seafood, and wild greens, and that's it." She then drew laughter by trying to introduce the eight-constitution diet to the cast, asking, "How about a simple Korean set meal for lunch today as well?"
Meanwhile, on this day, Seo Hyun-jin joined the "gap owner"—who happened to be a huge fan of Yu Jae-seok—in fawning over the host, sending the set into laughter. Watching Yu Jae-seok excel in the main game, Seo Hyun-jin offered applause worthy of a cheer squad, remarking, "You look like an athlete, sunbaenim. Seeing you play the game in person is really cool."
When the gap owner chimed in, saying, "Jae-seok and Dr. Oh Eun-young should be designated as national treasures," Yu Jae-seok was flustered by the flood of praise. Blushing bright red, he waved his hands in denial and said, "If people at my house heard that, they would say absolutely not," filling the room with laughter.
SBS's "Whenever Possible," which has held the No. 1 viewership rating in its time slot for 10 consecutive weeks, airs today, Tuesday, October 27, at 9:00 PM.
