Actor Eum Moon-seok, 44, is tying the knot with his model girlfriend.
His agency, Ghost Studio, announced on October 21, "Eum Moon-seok is scheduled to get married to his girlfriend in January next year." The bride-to-be is known to be active as a model.
Born in 1982, Eum first entered the entertainment industry in 2005 as the singer SIC. Later, as a dancer, he was recognized for his exceptional performance skills, finishing as the runner-up on Mnet's 2013 dance survival show "Dancing 9."
After transitioning to acting, Eum gained popularity for his humorous comedic performance as the bob-haired gangster "Jang-ryong" in the 2019 SBS drama "The Fiery Priest." Since then, he has proven himself as a scene-stealer across numerous works, including the dramas "Backstreet Rookie," "Hello, Me!," and "Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun," as well as the box-office hit films "The Roundup" (Crime City 2) and "6/45." Notably, following Disney+'s "Sculptured City" and SBS's "Taxi Driver 3" last year, he recently delivered an impressive, passionate performance as Yang-bae in director Na Hong-jin's film "Hope."
Meanwhile, Eum plans to continue his active career as an actor following his marriage.
