Ji Ye-eun reacted with a straight face to Lee Seo-jin's advice.
On the October 16 broadcast of SBS's "Whatever You Wish, Genie – My Genie Secretary" (hereinafter "My Genie Secretary"), Lee Seo-jin offered his candid advice regarding Ji Ye-eun's upcoming marriage.
Meeting Ji Ye-eun that day, Lee Seo-jin asked, "I heard you're getting married?" Ji Ye-eun is set to hold her wedding with dancer Vata this coming December.
To Ji Ye-eun, who was shy about discussing marriage, Lee Seo-jin said, "Why are you doing it so quickly? Take it slow." To this, Jee Seokjin chimed in, "That is exactly what I said."
Lee Seo-jin then joked, "You know all too well, hyungnim. You should talk her out of it," adding, "You want to live as a single man, don't you?"
Jee Seokjin drew the line, calling it a "strange rumor," and pointed out that he recently went on a trip to Rome with his wife.
Lee Seo-jin then expressed concern, remarking, "Weren't you dragged along? Your complexion looks terrible." Jee Seokjin vented, "I struggled so much that I lost 3 kilos. I walked 20,000 steps a day," drawing laughter.
Watching the older men talk, Ji Ye-eun commented, "Isn't it nice to wear a wedding dress when you're young?" To this, Lee Seo-jin said, "You're just going to take it off after wearing it anyway," prompting Ji Ye-eun to deadpan, "What? You really are an ahjussi," drawing laughter.
Even after that, Lee Seo-jin told Ji Ye-eun to think it over slowly, to which Ji Ye-eun caught everyone's attention by brightly saying, "I don't think you've experienced true love yet, sunbaenim. Would you like to come to our church?"
