The South Korean national diving team failed to add any medals on the final day of the diving events at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.
Kim Su-ji, a leading figure in South Korean diving, finished in fourth place with a total score of 282.45 points across five rounds in the women's 3-meter springboard final held today at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre in Japan.
Kim missed the podium, finishing 49.9 points behind Japan's Saya Mikami, who claimed the bronze medal.
Lee Ye-ju, who competed alongside her, finished the competition in sixth place with 225.00 points.
The gold medal in this event went to China's Chen Yiwen, who recorded 358.05 points, while the silver medal also went to China's Chen Jia.
There was also no medal news in the men's 10-meter platform final that followed.
Shin Jeong-hui remained in seventh place with a total score of 357.95 points across six rounds, while Kim Young-taek ended up in ninth place with 302.75 points.
In the men's 10-meter platform, China's Lian Junjie won the gold medal with 501.25 points, Japan's Rikuto Tamai secured the silver medal with 497.20 points, and China's Zhao Renjie took the bronze medal with 427.50 points.
South Korea wrapped up this competition in second place overall in diving with two silver medals and three bronze medals.
Overall first place went to China, which swept all 10 gold medals up for grabs in diving along with four silver medals and two bronze medals. China has now swept all diving events across 14 consecutive tournaments starting from the 1974 Tehran Asian Games.
