Singer Celine Dion, who recently returned to the stage after overcoming a rare disease that causes muscle stiffness, made a surprise appearance on the runway at Paris Fashion Week.
According to AFP, Celine Dion appeared on the runway toward the end of the fashion show hosted by French beauty group L'Oreal, held beneath the Eiffel Tower on the evening of the 28th (local time).
Dressed in a black gown, Celine Dion passionately sang her 2002 hit song "I'm Alive" in front of cheering and astonished spectators.
Celine Dion then continued the stage alongside L'Oreal brand ambassadors including Kendall Jenner, Viola Davis, Simone Ashley, and Eva Longoria.
Celine Dion is currently staying in Paris, France, for her first solo concert in six years.
Originally from Quebec, Canada, she announced in 2022 that she was battling Stiff-Person Syndrome (SPS), a rare disorder that causes muscle stiffness, and halted all stage activities.
Having recovered her health enough to return to the stage after a period of battling the illness, she reunited with audiences after four years on the 12th of this month at a concert venue on the outskirts of Paris, France.
At the time, she shed tears of joy at being able to stand on stage once again.
Celine Dion is set to hold a total of 16 concerts in France through next month, followed by an additional 10 shows in May of next year.
AFP reported that as Paris Fashion Week has just kicked off, Celine Dion might also make appearances at the shows of other brands.
