Noh Seung-yul, who is aiming for a PGA Tour card next year, failed to climb higher on the Korn Ferry Tour, the secondary tour.
Playing the final fourth round of the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship (total purse $1.5 million) held at the Scarlet Course of the Ohio State University Golf Club (par 71) in Columbus, Ohio, on the 21st (Korean time), Noh traded two birdies and two bogeys, failing to lower his score.
Starting the day in third place, three shots behind the leader, Noh finished the tournament tied for 7th with a total of 13-under 271.
Sandy Scott of Scotland won the tournament with an 18-under 266, claiming the winner's prize of $270,000 (approx. 370 million won).
Noh rose just six spots in the Korn Ferry Tour rankings to 43rd.
To secure his PGA Tour card for next year, he must finish within the top 20 after the remaining two Korn Ferry Tour events conclude.
