Group THE BOYZ has reunited as a nine-member complete group and announced the resumption of their official social media activities.
THE BOYZ appeared on MBC's "Idol Radio Season 4," which was broadcast live through the official YouTube channel of "Idol Radio Universe" at 11:00 p.m. on the 16th. Appearing as guests on the show where members SUNWOO and ERIC are active as hosts, THE BOYZ communicated with global fans by sharing updates such as their individual albums and fan meetings.
As midnight passed on the 17th during the broadcast, THE BOYZ leader Sangyeon appeared and directly delivered the news of his military discharge to the members and fans. Having gathered again as a nine-member complete group, THE BOYZ previewed their future activities, saying, "Our official social media channels are also back. Please look forward to even better news ahead."
On this day, THE BOYZ expressed their gratitude to the hundreds of fans who visited the site late at night by handing out reverse-tribute gifts bearing the phrase, "We are all together." After the broadcast, the members posted a group photo on their long-used social media channel "WE THE BOYZ" with the message, "Always Remember, Theboyz Loves TheB. A family photo after a long time."
Previously, after the exclusive contract with their former agency was suspended, it was announced that a new music label, 78 RECORDS, had completed corporation establishment and would take charge of the group's activities.
THE BOYZ will continue to operate the official social media channels that they have shared with fans for a long time. In particular, by keeping "WE THE BOYZ," the member-dedicated channel where members have directly left posts and photos to share their daily lives with fans since their early debut days, it is evaluated that they have maintained the team's continuity while establishing a stable foundation for activities.
