DAY6's Young K Reveals His Massive Appetite: "I Got Scolded for Ordering Eight Extra Bowls of Rice"

DAY6 member Young K shared a story highlighting his massive appetite.

On the September 15 broadcast of the SBS program "Whenever Possible", actor Yoo Seung-ho and singer Young K appeared as special guests, capturing viewers' attention.

During the broadcast, Young K showed extensive knowledge of Cheongdam-dong, where JYP Entertainment's former headquarters was once located. Walking down the streets of Cheongdam-dong, where he spent his days as a trainee, he reminisced about the past.

Hearing this, Yu Jae-seok also joined in, saying, "There are a lot of good restaurants around here too. There was a really good Korean meal restaurant," and named the nostalgic eatery. Upon hearing it, Young K and Yoo Yeonseok nodded in recognition, while Yoo Seung-ho, who is from Gyeonggi Province, felt left out and asked, "Why am I the only one who doesn't know?"

Young K then continued listing nostalgic restaurants, saying, "If you know Guirang Neobirang, you've been around for a long time, and next is Golmok Sikdang." He added, "I actually got scolded at Golmok Sikdang. They offered unlimited refills on rice, so I ate a lot without reading the room and got yelled at."

In response, Yu Jae-seok said, "Younghyun is a big eater. He eats a lot." Hearing this, Young K surprised everyone by revealing, "I ordered one soybean paste stew and added eight extra bowls of rice."

Watching this, Yu Jae-seok asked Yoo Seung-ho if he eats a lot. Yoo Seung-ho brought laughter by replying, "I thought I ate a lot too, but seeing Younghyun makes me feel like a very light eater."

Young K mentioned that three days ago he ate army stew with four packs of ramen noodles added. Upon hearing this, Yoo Seung-ho expressed his amazement by asking, "Where does all the food go? It is fascinating," to which Young K drew attention by saying, "I usually don't eat. That is why I am always hungry."
