A fire broke out at a building in Incheon, prompting authorities to launch a firefighting operation.
At around 6:20 p.m. today (September 13), a fire occurred at a mixed-use residential and commercial building located in Juan-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.
The fire department mobilized around 30 pieces of equipment and about 70 personnel, extinguishing the fire in approximately 20 minutes after receiving the report.
Due to the fire, about 20 residents and others evacuated in a hurry, and no injuries have been reported so far.
Authorities are investigating the exact cause of the incident based on witness statements, including reports that "a fire started from a vehicle on the first floor."
