A man standing on the sidewalk suddenly darts in front of an oncoming gold-colored car as it appears.
This incident took place on a road in Texas, United States.
The vehicle immediately brakes sharply, and once the man moves back onto the sidewalk, it starts moving again.
However, the man jumps onto the road yet again to stop the vehicle, repeating the same behavior several times.
The vehicle is Tesla's fully autonomous robotaxi, the Cybercab, and it appeared as though he was testing whether it would stop properly after the vehicle started test operations in the area last week.
Ultimately, the vehicle came to a stop in the middle of the road with its hazard lights flashing.
As the video spread, critics pointed out that this was a dangerous act obstructing the operation of an autonomous vehicle, raising concerns over the potential for accidents.
