Time for movie release news. 'Portrait of A Family' starring Ryu Seung-ryong and Ha Jiwon, along with a documentary about veteran Japanese photographer Shisei Kuwabara, have hit theaters.

'Portrait of A Family' is the new film by director Lee Ji-won, who drew attention in 2018 with the movie 'Miss Baek' starring Han Ji-min.
A married couple, who met as a top-popular baseball player and a star celebrity, face catastrophe with the sudden appearance of the husband's daughter from an extramarital affair.
However, when the daughter is designated as a suspect in a middle school girl's death case, a drama under the name of family begins.

The reason this film was made in Korea is because Kuwabara Shisei has traveled back and forth to Korea more than 100 times since 1964, capturing history with his camera—from protests against the South Korea-Japan talks to the Vietnam War troop dispatch, U.S. military base camptowns, and Cheonggyecheon.
