Light Rain in Parts Until Morning; Seoul at 29°C and Daegu at 32°C

As the stationary front has weakened, most of the rain has also subsided.

However, until this morning (Sept. 2), a bit more rain—around 5 to 20 mm—is expected in some parts of Chungcheong, southern Gangwon, and western Jeonbuk.

A few raindrops could also fall in other scattered areas.

Meanwhile, showers of 5 to 60 mm are expected in regions south of Chungcheong today.

When these showers occur today, they could pour heavily at a rate of 20 to 30 mm per hour, accompanied by gusts of wind, lightning, and hail, so caution is advised.

Skies in the central regions will be mostly cloudy today, while the southern regions and Jeju will have more clouds.

Looking at current temperatures in detail, Seoul started at 22.1°C (72°F).

This afternoon, temperatures are expected to reach 29°C (84°F) in Seoul and 32°C (90°F) in Daegu.
