Disney+ original series "Made in Korea Season 2" has heightened anticipation for its escalating conflict by releasing character posters and a character teaser.
"Made in Korea Season 2" is a noir drama depicting the perilous journey of Baek Ki-tae, who races toward even greater ambitions nine years later.
Released on the 1st, the 10 character posters draw attention by capturing the heavy aura of figures harboring their own desires. From Baek Ki-tae (Hyun Bin), who races toward the pinnacle of power, and Jang Geon-young (Jung Woosung), who returns for revenge, to Baek Ki-hyeon (Woo Do Hwan), who stands before a choice between family and his convictions, alongside South Korea's first female prosecutor Oh Ye-jin (Seo Eunsoo), Ikeda Yuji (Won Ji-an), who aims for the position of kumicho, Cheon Seok-jung (Jung Sung-il), who wields unchecked power, Pyo Hak-su (Noh Jae-won), director of the Busan branch of the Central Intelligence Agency, Baek So-young (Cha Hee), who has become the head of an illegal business, as well as Mrs. Shin (Jang Hye-jin) and Hwang Dae-shik (Heo Sung-tae). Those with different goals gather in one place, foreshadowing an even fiercer and more dangerous confrontation.
In particular, the figures gazing in different directions under the title "MADE IN KOREA" hint at their hidden desires, raising expectations for a deeper and expanded narrative.
The character teaser released alongside heightens tension by foreshadowing a full-scale clash between the Central Intelligence Agency and the Joint Investigation Headquarters. With a cold expression, Baek Ki-tae announces the start of a major showdown, saying, "This is a war now. It only ends when one side dies." In response, Cheon Seok-jung also reveals deep hostility toward the Joint Investigation Headquarters, stating, "We need to cut the roots right out." Then, the unrivaled visual of Ikeda Yuji overwhelming gang members by asking, "Is anyone opposed to me becoming the kumicho?" catches the eye.
In addition, meaningful lines from Pyo Hak-su, who says, "Just as long as it's not me," and Mrs. Shin, a new face among the Central Intelligence Agency forces, add to the curiosity about the unusual internal currents and intertwined character relationships.

Raising anticipation by releasing character posters and a character teaser that preview the fierce battle between the Central Intelligence Agency and the Joint Investigation Headquarters, the Disney+ original series "Made in Korea Season 2" will be available exclusively on Disney+ with a total of six episodes, releasing two episodes on September 9 (Wed), two on September 16 (Wed), and two on September 23 (Wed), 2026.
