Police were dispatched after receiving a report that a man who could barely control his body was inside a car.
Police asked the man, who had parked his car on the roadside, to get out.
Stepping out of the driver's seat, the man could not stand properly, as reported, and stumbled around.
A breathalyzer test showed he had not been drinking.
The man explained that he was experiencing physical discomfort due to gout symptoms.
However, police judged that his condition was unusual, noting that his lips had turned blue, he was sweating, and he kept shaking his head.
Consequently, they requested an ambulance while searching the inside of the vehicle with the man's consent.
In the cup holder and other spots, containers filled with a suspicious liquid and belongings shaped like drug-smoking pipes were discovered.
Upon verification, the liquid turned out to be liquid synthetic cannabis, and the man was ultimately arrested after it was confirmed that he had administered cannabis.
