The accident killed a delivery worker in his 40s who was riding the motorcycle and injured three others, including drivers of other vehicles.
It was confirmed that A's blood alcohol concentration at the time of the accident was well above the level for license revocation.
The Seoul Suseo Police Station arrested A at the scene and subsequently applied for an arrest warrant yesterday (August 29).
