Ahead of the Seoul World Fireworks Festival early next month, competition to secure prime viewing spots is heating up.
A viewing package priced at 300,000 won sold out just 30 seconds after going on sale.
Starbucks Korea announced yesterday (the 25th) that it offered advance reservation packages for seats at its Yeouido Hangang Park branch, which overlooks the Seoul World Fireworks Festival scheduled for the 5th of next month.
Located on the third floor of the Hangang River Bus Yeouido Pier, this branch is considered a prime viewing spot where visitors can closely enjoy both the river and the fireworks.
The usage hours are from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and the prices are somewhat steep at 300,000 won and 200,000 won depending on the seat location.
All 27 prepared packages reportedly sold out within 30 seconds of the sales opening.
