Yoon Suk-min reflected on the records he left behind in the KBO.
On the August 25 broadcast of SBS's "You're my destiny", former baseball player Yoon Suk-min and Kim Soo-hyun joined as a new couple.
During the broadcast, former baseball player Yoon Suk-min shared that he previously achieved a grand slam as a pitcher—the first since Sun Dong-yol—by simultaneously ranking first in wins, winning percentage, strikeouts, and ERA. Because of this, he also recorded the highest FA price at the time in 2015.
Yoon Suk-min drew attention by saying, "I started my career as a player in 2005 and was a professional baseball player for about 14 years. It wasn't long, but I also recorded the highest salary among KBO players in 2015. And right before my retirement, I set another record."
He then surprised everyone by stating, "I retired after setting the record for the largest salary cut in KBO history. It hasn't been broken yet. My salary was slashed by 1.05 billion won back then."
Yoon Suk-min brought laughter by joking, "Every season, I get nervous watching pitchers trying to achieve a four-crown sweep. And when I see players struggling after doing well, I worry that they might break my salary cut record."
