Police are investigating a man who was apprehended at the scene of a protest near the Handball Gymnasium at Seoul Olympic Park for allegedly assaulting another participant.
The Seoul Songpa Police Station announced today (August 23) that they arrested a man in his 50s, identified as A, at the scene around 9:30 p.m. yesterday (August 22).
A video showing man A grabbing another participant by the back of the neck and dragging them away amid a dispute has been spreading on social media.
Police are currently investigating the exact circumstances of the incident involving man A.
