South Korean national football team forwards Oh Hyeon-gyu and Cho Gue-sung have both scored their first goals of the season in European club competition playoffs. Both players led their teams to victory by making the most of their heading abilities.

After Besiktas signed top Serbian striker Vlahovic last week, putting him in a battle for survival, Oh Hyeon-gyu proved his "qualifications as a starter" just six minutes into the first half.
He scored the opening goal by skillfully redirecting a short corner kick with a header.
It is Oh's first goal of the new season in his sixth appearance.
Continuing to lead the attack by unleashing a team-high four shots, Oh also earned a crucial penalty in the 12th minute of the second half while holding off the ball with fierce determination with his team leading 2-0.
Once the score tilted 3-0, Oh was substituted for Vlahovic a minute later. With a 3-0 victory over Zalgiris, Besiktas is now on the verge of advancing to the Europa League main stage.

Midtjylland's Cho Gue-sung also broke his goal drought in his seventh match of the season during the first leg of the Conference League playoffs.
In a home match against Rijeka in the 20th minute of the first half, he soared in front of the goal and shook the net with a header.
