▲ Men's national basketball team exhibition match
The South Korean men's national basketball team will play two exhibition matches against the Philippines in Suwon in September.
The Korea Basketball Association announced today (August 19) that it will host the 2026 Men's National Basketball Team Exhibition Matches, invited by Hana Bank, on September 4 and 6 at the Suwon KT Sonicboom Arena in Gyeonggi Province.
The match on September 4 will start at 7:00 PM, and the match on September 6 will begin at 2:00 PM.
Prior to these games, the national team will play two matches for Window 4 of the FIBA Basketball World Cup Asia Qualifiers.
They will play an away game against Lebanon on August 27, followed by a home game against Saudi Arabia at the Suwon KT Sonicboom Arena on August 31.
Following that, the team will undergo their final real-game tune-ups ahead of the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games through the two exhibition matches against the Philippines, which will be held in South Korea for the first time in four years.
