The film "The Assassin(s)" has released two main posters and a main trailer, showcasing a stellar cast and solid production ahead of its release this Chuseok holiday.
"The Assassin(s)" tells the story of tracking the suspicions and mastermind behind the assassination of the First Lady, an incident that shocked South Korea on August 15, 1974.
The first main poster captures the strong presence of detective Chul-gu (Yoo Hai-jin), newspaper social affairs editor Jae-hwan (Park Hae-il), and rookie reporter Young-il (Lee Minho) in a single frame. The determined expressions on their faces as they gaze forward reveal an unwavering resolve toward the truth that grows stronger the closer they get to the reality of the case, raising curiosity about how these individuals facing the incident from different positions will pursue it.
The second main poster immediately catches the eye with the tagline, "August 15, 1974, First Lady Assassination Incident, Who is the Mastermind Behind It?" further heightening curiosity about the mysteries hidden beneath the surface of an event everyone believed they knew. In addition, the tense expressions of Chul-gu, Jae-hwan, and Young-il vividly convey the intense suspense of the work.
The main trailer released alongside begins with the back of an assassin and the loading of a gun, increasing immersion.
