Concerns are growing regarding the mental health of crew members aboard the U.S. nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, which has been deployed to the U.S.-Iran conflict.
Having set sail in November of last year, the carrier was originally scheduled to wrap up its operations and return this past May. However, as the conflict has dragged on, its return has been delayed.
Reports indicate that crew burnout has recently reached a severe level, compounded not only by the prolonged deployment but also by poor conditions inside the ship.
Family members of the crew revealed that a husband exhausted from the prolonged deployment tried to jump into the sea and that they are living in fear of a dishonorable discharge. We captured what is happening in the video.
